Cancelling, rescheduling or amending your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. Last-minute cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be required to pay 100%. This applies to appointments 30 minutes or longer, all skin services and for changes made to appointments within 48 hours. Your booking fee will be forfeited and the remainder will be charged to your card on file by close of business. Alternatively if requested, these fees are payable immediately by cash, card or bank transfer, before close of business. This fee covers any inconvenience, extra time put into fill the appointment, any last-minute discounted bookings to fill the appointment , and also the likelihood of not being able to fill the appointment. In the event of a no-show and an unpaid account, we will not re-book a further appointment for you until the full amount is settled. In the event of a sudden death, life threatening family emergency or accident ONLY, fees will be waived in sympathy.

We understand life gets busy, things come up, some things are out of your control. Our service pricing is based around our hours and costs, which as a very small business we simply cannot cover our costs if our time is unpaid. We do not have time set aside to manage last-minute amendments, therefore will need to be managed yourself on our booking platform. Booking with us means you have read and agree with our policy.
